Intermediate/Advanced gymnastics offers an introduction into the commitment and camaraderie of a competitive gymnastics team. Taught by a former competitive, award-winning gymnast, this class will expand on the skills and muscle groups trained in previous classes. Gymnasts must participate in at least one session of Beginner Gymnastics and be recommended by their coach before being eligible to enroll in Intermediate or Advanced Gymnastics. Gymnasts who are pursuing this sport with a passion and show dedication and discipline will be a perfect fit for this class.

Leap, hop, skip, run your way through obstacles and put your Ninja skills to the test! This fun movement-based class will challenge your Ninja to maneuver over and under objects. We will also play many large group games to further challenge their Ninja skills.
