Program Refund Policy: Program refunds will be given only if written notification received 24 hours prior to the first class. No refunds will be given after class begins without a doctor's certificate. A prorated refund will be issued, based on refund application date, in cases of illness or injury when accompanied by a doctor's certificate. Trip refund will be granted only if the vacated spot is filled. All refunds are subject to a 10% or $5 minimum service charge. If any program is cancelled by the Warrenville Park District, a refund will be given.
